Refunds

At Something’s Brewing we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.

If you believe you have a reasonable complaint, please contact us immediately quoting your order details to report the matter. Our policy requires you to return the tea or product in its original packaging, for examination. If the tea or product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the tea or product will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty please contact us immediately to authorise a refund or replacement.

Shipping (Australia Only)

We sell only to Australian addresses.

Freight is by Australia Post and payable by the customer unless the order exceeds $80 and is eligible for free shipping. All orders $80 or under are charged $9.95 postage. If no one is home to receive the parcel, you will receive a card in your mailbox for pick up from your local post office. We do our best to protect your order by wrapping in paper before placing into the post pack or box however, damage sustained while in transit with Australia Post is out of our control.

All parcels are delivered anywhere in Australia. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after the order has been received, between Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays). 

Please be aware there may be delays in delivery by Australia Post due to their heavy workloads. This is out of our control.
