Tea Refunds

At Something’s Brewing we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.

If you believe you have a reasonable complaint, please contact us immediately at to report the matter. Our policy requires you to return the tea or product in its original packaging, for examination. If the tea or product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the tea or product will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty please contact us immediately at to authorise a refund or replacement.

Shipping (Australia Only)

Freight is by Australia Post and payable by the customer unless the customer order exceeds $70 and is eligible for free shipping. All orders $70 or under are charged $9.95 postage. If no one is home to receive the parcel, you will get a card in your mailbox for pick up from your local post office. You can elect to have the parcel left if no one is home.  A comments box is provided at checkout so you can include any special delivery instructions.

All parcels are delivered anywhere in Australia. Orders will be dispatched with 24 hours after the order has been received – Monday to Friday. 

 Please be aware there may be delays in delivery by Australia Post due to there heavy workloads. 


Local Markets

We attend Milton Markets on the 1st Saturday of the month, Ulladulla Harbour Markets on 2nd Sunday of the month and Mollymook Markets on the 5th Sunday of the month and Australia Day (5 markets per year). An extensive range of teas are available and pre – arranged orders can be collected from the markets.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order at Shop 14 Eastside Mall, 118 Princes Hwy Ulladulla. This is available Monday to Friday. A Click and Collect feature is available at checkout.  We will contact you when your order is ready and organise a time for collection.
