Masala Chai blend is made from the finest quality black tea blended with a traditional Indian spiced recipe.
The taste of cinnamon complimented with the other spices makes this a delightfully aromatic and robust chai.
To make a traditional (milky) chai brew 1 heaped teaspoon in 1/3 of a cup of water for 5 – 8 mins @ 100C. Once brewed add 2/3 cup of hot milk. Strain and serve with honey if desired. To make a normal tea use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and brew for 2 – 4 mins @ 100C.
