Bengali Chai is a traditional Indian spiced chai blend. It is a peppery, spicy blend with a strong taste and aromatic flavour of pepper, cinnamon & cloves.

Contains – black tea, pepper, cinnamon, cloves and ginger.

To make a traditional (milky) chai, brew 1 heaped teaspoon in 1/3 of a cup of water for 5 – 8 mins @ 100C. Once brewed add 2/3 cup of hot milk. Strain and serve with honey if desired. To make a normal tea use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and brew for 2 – 4 mins @ 100C.
